First timer here. Woman at desk friendly, new owner was beyond rude. Wouldn't accept less than 6 month old gift card (Christmas present from wife) cause of 'new boss'. I'm flexible and very understanding. This woman was not. Bad vibes, facility looked dirty, over heated and unappealing. Asking a customer to pay first is also tacky. I was only here for gift card, glad to walk out. Dodged a bullet methinks. Go to Massage Lux down the street.
I love coming to Healthy Spa. I have my massage card and i love when i earn a free massage. My favorite is when they crawl on your back and use their knees on pressure points. they always find my problem areas without asking because they are properly trained to feel the tightness and knots in your muscles. i carry my stress in my shoulders and neck. I become so relaxed that sometimes i fall asleep.
